A fine Grand Tour bronze sculpture depicting Atlas carrying the celestial globe, inspired by classical mythology. The muscular figure is modelled in a dramatic pose, supporting a large sphere across his shoulders while balancing on one leg. Finely cast with good anatomical detail and retaining a rich, dark brown patina throughout. Raised on its original stepped bronze base with attractive wear to the edges consistent with age.
